RAKU-TOOL® WB-1404

Meest veelzijdige inzetbare polyurethaan blokmateriaal

De RAKU-TOOL® WB-1404 is zeer breed inzetbaar. Styreen bestendig en dus uitermate geschikt als model of mal voor polyester producten. De WB-1404 heeft een zeer goede slijtvastheid, is polijstbaar en heeft een lage uitzettingscoëfficiënt.

De WB1404 wordt gebruikt voor modellen, mallen en opspangereedschap. In de composietenbranche is het zeer populair omdat het geschikt is voor zowel epoxy als als polyester toepaasingen. Het wordt ook gebruikt als klopmal voor het bewerken en vervormen van aluminium plaatmateriaal. Vanwege de zeer lage oppervlakteruwheid wordt de WB-1404 ook ingezet als vacuümmal voor gedetailleerde, transparante thermoforming serieproducten. Bij vele alumnium gieterijen is de WB-1404 in gebruik als kerndoos vanwege de hoge slijtvastheid en gladheid; gieterijzand laat gemakkelijk los van het oppervlak. Tevens zijn er klanten die de WB-1404 gebruiken als lage druk injectiemal (RIM). Een werkelijk zeer breed toepasbaar product met unieke eigenschappen! Heeft u interesse?
